Dave is the person I spoke to regarding arranging appointments. I needed double oven removed and a combo oven/microwave and warming drawer installed. As I was renovating the kitchen, it took awhile to get everything done. I found Dave very patient and helpful in coordinating appointments and prep for the installation. Paul and Shawn removed the ovens and were helpful in guiding me with information on installing the new ones. Randy and Steve installed the new appliances. It was not an easy job as the ovens are heavy and at an angle in a corner between the fridge and the counter top. They were very careful to figure out how and helpful in giving me information on how to care for our appliances. Thank you.

“Problems resolved and worked around clients schedule”
We had a difficult install done with a double wall oven (which was much larger than the original) and a double drawer dishwasher. There was electrical, plumbing, and cabinet work done. The work was done so well that you’d think those items had always been there. The cabinet work was done so skillfully that we managed to retain a drawer that we were sure would be removed due to space issues. The staff were professional, efficient, and friendly. The only small issue was with some misunderstanding as to the work involved, and the time needed, but they resolved that and worked around our schedule.
